These terms govern services provided by 420 DUKAN, an online services and digital marketing business based in Matabpur, Paragram, Dhaka 1320, Bangladesh ("we", "us"). By ordering a service from us, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide digital marketing, social media and Facebook page management, content creation, and online business support services. The exact scope, timeline and price of each job are agreed with you in writing (message or email) before work begins.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed per project before work starts. Work may pause if an agreed payment is not made on time.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access (for example, to your business page) needed to perform the service.
• Make sure content and materials you give us do not infringe anyone else's rights.
• Comply with the policies of the platforms you use, including Meta's advertising and commerce policies.

Results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We work honestly and transparently, but we do not guarantee specific sales, reach, or approval of any account or advertisement by any platform.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
